Raleigh Police have arrested and charged a man for allegedly raping a teenage girl.
According to warrants obtained by NBC-17, 33-year-old Todd Kurth is facing charges of indecent liberties with a child, statutory rape, and first degree rape.
The charges stem from incidents dated between 2001 and 2003. Other warrants state the acts may have continued through 2010.
It is not clear whether or not the victim and suspect knew each other.
Kurth has been placed in the Wake County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
