The jury has been seated in the re-trial of Jason Young, who is accused of killing his wife, Michelle.
The trial is set to begin Monday in Wake Superior Court.
A jury was deadlocked in June, forcing the re-trial in a case that has captured enormous attention. Young is charged with killing his pregnant wife in November 2006.
Young has insisted he was in Virginia on a business trip, while prosecutors say he had time to drive back and commit the murder.
