No food trucks rolling yet in Raleigh

»  Comments | Post a Comment

The City of Raleigh is allowing food trucks, but so far, no one has stepped forward to complete the paperwork to have one, according to a city official.

Robert Pearce, assistant zoning enforcement administrator, said two people have come by to inquire but no one has completed their paperwork.

So no permits have been issued yet.

The city allowed food trucks to begin operation on Saturday.
