Durham Police say they have made another arrest in connection with a 2010 fatal shooting that killed one person.
Jermaine Isaac Brown, 35, was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with the murder of 52-year-old Larry Timberlake.
Timberlake died at Duke University hospital after he was shot on August 11, 2010. Another victim also suffered gun shot wounds, but they were not life-threatening.
Days after the shooting police arrested 33-year-old Tyree Visharin Harris. He's been in the Durham County Jail since his 2010 arrest. He's been charged with murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
